Come prepared with presenting problems, goals, and what you are looking for in a therapist.

We will discuss orientation guidelines and if we both agree it is a good fit, we discuss the next steps!

A 53-60 minute session via HIPAA compliant Zoom link!

Note: You must be located within Washington state for this service!

Private Pay: $150 per session

Insurance accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Regence, Premera, Kaiser (WA only), and PacificSource

90 minute session open for individual clients and up to two family members.

Please note that these sessions require lots of planning and scheduling ahead of time.

A minimum of 6 individual sessions are required prior to booking family session.

$250 per session. Private Pay Only.
